Overview
The Balcrank 1135-018 is a complete 275-gallon lightweight double wall oil dispense tank package featuring a Panther® 3:1 piston pump and 50-foot Evolution hose reel. This UL 2258 certified system combines a corrosion-proof polyethylene inner tank with a galvanized steel outer tank that provides 110% secondary containment. Designed for medium to heavy-duty applications, the package is suitable for dispensing petroleum-based and synthetic oils, ATF, diesel, and DEF up to SAE 90 viscosity. The double wall construction is up to 50% lighter than conventional steel tanks while maintaining a compact footprint, making it ideal for service centers with limited space.

Inner tank made of blow-molded, seamless high-density polyethylene that will never corrode or leak. Outer galvanized steel tank is weld-free and roll seamed with oil and fire-resistant seal, holding 110% of inner tank capacity.

Panther® 3:1 Piston Pump
High-performance 3:1 ratio air-operated piston pump delivers reliable dispensing for petroleum and synthetic oils. Operates at 45-100 PSI with maximum free flow of approximately 45 GPM.
50-Foot Evolution Hose Reel
Premium EVO series hose reel with 50 feet of 1/2" ID hose provides extended reach and superior retraction. Includes DR handle with flex extension and 1/4 turn manual nozzle optimized for oil dispensing.
Compact Space-Saving Design
Approximately 8 sq. ft. footprint for the 275-gallon capacity offers maximum storage in minimal floor space. Ideal for shops and service centers with limited square footage.
Complete Ready-to-Install Package
Includes all essential components: sight gauge, vented 2" fill cap, auto drain, air hoses with quick connects, pump and reel bracket. Ships complete with assembly required for pump, downtube, reel, and handle.
