The 1150-023 is the bare pump variant specifically designed for 120 lb grease drums. It mounts using a bung adapter fitted to a 2" bung opening. The Lynx 55:1 series is also available in configurations for 25-35 lb pails (model 1150-022) and 400 lb drums (model 1150-024).
What type of grease can this pump handle?+
This pump is designed for grease up to NLGI-2 consistency. It delivers a maximum free flow of 0.66 lbs/min with NLGI-2 grease at 100 psi air pressure. Do not use with fluids having a flash point below 100°F (38°C). Contact Balcrank for pumping grease higher than NLGI-2.
