Overview
The Balcrank 1450-010 Lion 600 12:1 Grease Piston Pump is a medium-pressure, air-operated piston pump engineered for very high volume grease transfer applications. Designed specifically for bulk transfer of grease from large totes to drums, pails, lube trucks, or distribution systems, this pump delivers up to 88 lb/min maximum free flow. The 12:1 ratio design makes it ideal for very cold environments and applications where only medium pressure air (30-100 psi) is available. With robust construction featuring cast iron, hardened steel, and industrial-grade seals, the Lion 600 handles grease up to NLGI-2 grade. The pump features a 1/2" NPT female air inlet, 1" NPT female fluid outlet, and comes with a 3" camlock for easy installation into grease totes. Applications include railroad and mass transit maintenance, mining and construction equipment, in-plant grease transfer systems, and heavy-duty fleet operations requiring reliable high-volume grease delivery.
