Balcrank U·valve (Part No. 3110-115) is a compact NEX·U·® fluid inventory control component that integrates a high-precision pulse meter, 24V DC solenoid valve, and electronic module into a single unit. With ±0.5% accuracy and 328 pulses per litre resolution, it delivers reliable fluid dispensing control for lubricants and antifreeze solutions. The U·valve features Bluetooth® and CAN BUS communication for seamless connectivity to U·vision or U·vision+ systems, enabling real-time inventory tracking and automated dispensing control. Designed for industrial environments, it handles flow rates from 1 to 30 litres per minute at up to 100 bar working pressure through 1/2" NPT female connections, with wetted parts in aluminium, NBR, stainless steel, and acetate for broad fluid compatibility.
