Overview
BendPak's Aluminum Deluxe Alignment Turnplate Set (SKU 5700236) delivers precision wheel alignment with premium free-floating turnplates designed for four-post alignment lifts. Featuring aluminum-alloy construction with polished stainless steel bearing surfaces, these 18.5" x 18.5" turnplates provide unsurpassed long-term accuracy through hundreds of smooth-polished, low-friction Delrin™ ball bearings. The enhanced design includes an increased number of underside rollers for controlled roll-backs, two angled steel lock pins for secure storage, and hardened rubber gap stops that eliminate transitions between turnplates and runways. With 360° free-floating movement of 2" (51mm) in any direction and a greaseless, maintenance-free operation, this turnplate set is compatible with BendPak and Dannmar alignment lift models from 2016 and newer.

Advanced Delrin™ Bearing System
Hundreds of smooth-polished, abrasion-resistant Delrin™ balls with low coefficient of friction provide precision movement under extreme conditions. Stable tri-channel ball retainers minimize service needs.
Enhanced Stability and Control
Significantly increased size and number of underside rollers result in more controlled roll-backs. Plate remains stable even when vehicle is rolled onto plate slightly off-center for consistent alignment readings.
Angled Steel Lock Pins
Two thick angled locking pins secure the turnplate during alignment and parking procedures. Easy-to-engage design allows operators to quickly lock plates when rolling tires over turnplates.
Gap-Free Transition System
Two hardened rubber "popsicle stick" gap stops slip between turnplate and runway to create perfectly level, gap-free surface for smooth vehicle rollback procedures and easier loading and unloading.
