Twist-Lock Quick-Change Tooling
Industry-leading quick-release bending dies with twist-lock mechanism reduce setup times dramatically. Precision ground to within .002" and heat-treated for long service life.
Dual End-Finishing Units
Two separate end-finishing stations at rear include high-speed clampless swager (30,000 lbs force) and internal segment expander for flaring, expanding, and reducing operations.
170° Bending Capability
Capable of bending up to 170° (or 180° with optional die) at a 5" radius for full U-shapes without pipe sticking or hang-ups. Relief cut design prevents crimping and deformation.
Extended 14" Bending Cylinder
Extra-long pass-through cylinder eliminates need for pusher block extensions on small-radius die operations and retracts further for easier die changes and tube removal.
Industrial Hydraulic System
5 HP motor with direct-drive 4 GPM pump at 4,200 PSI. Large capacity fluid reservoir with canister oil filter, pressure gauges, and adjustable pressure valve for precise control.
