Procurement and Service FAQ

Can the Challenger 12702-1 Two Post Vehicle Lift Extension be purchased through cooperative purchasing contracts?+
Yes. Liftnow is an awarded vendor on Sourcewell contract 121223-LFT, so eligible government agencies, municipalities, school districts and other public entities can purchase this equipment through an already competitively solicited agreement instead of running their own bid. Email gov@liftnow.com to confirm your eligibility and to have the contract paperwork prepared with your quote.
Does Liftnow install this equipment, or is installation handled separately?+
Liftnow quotes installation together with the equipment, so the equipment and its installation can sit on a single purchase order rather than being split across two procurements. Site conditions such as slab thickness, ceiling height, bay layout and power availability drive the installation scope, so include those details when you request a quote.
Is inspection and preventive maintenance available after installation?+
Yes. Liftnow provides lift inspection and preventive maintenance programs that can be added to the equipment purchase or contracted separately, and an existing Liftnow service program can be layered on top of a new equipment award. Contact gov@liftnow.com to scope coverage for your facility.
How do I get pricing and lead time for the Challenger 12702-1 Two Post Vehicle Lift Extension?+
Liftnow does not publish list pricing, because government and fleet pricing depends on contract vehicle, quantity, configuration and installation scope. Request a quote with your quantity, delivery location and intended vehicles and a specialist will return pricing and current lead time. Call 800-543-8669 or email gov@liftnow.com.
