The Coats 10K 2 Post 2N1 is a clear-floor, two-post surface-mounted vehicle lift rated at 10,000 lb, built by Hennessy Industries under the Coats brand. It uses 3-piece offset front and rear lifting arms (the "2N1" arm set) so the vehicle can be positioned asymmetrically or symmetrically on the same lift. This platform is the extended-height configuration of that model, with a 172" overall column height instead of the 148" standard 2N1 height; raised height is 78" and drive-thru width is 92". Power is a single-phase 230V, 60 Hz, 20 amp supply. It is intended for general-repair shops, dealerships and fleet/municipal service bays working on cars, light trucks and SUVs, and specifically for bays with the ceiling height to accept the taller columns. The two part numbers on this platform differ only in paint color: 4TV21NXR1 is red and 4TV21NXB1 is blue.
