Overview
The Coats APS3000 Center Clamp Tire Changer is a leverless tire changing system designed for automotive and light truck applications. Featuring a center post clamping design with Smart Lock cam technology, this machine handles wheels from 12" to 34" with a leverless duckhead that automatically offsets to prevent rim damage. The auto-retracting Robo-Arm and individually-operated power rollers make quick work of low-profile and run-flat tires, while the integrated wheel lift reduces strain and damage risk to expensive wheels.

Auto-Retracting Robo-Arm

Smart Lock Center Post Clamping
Center post design with Smart Lock cam quickly locks wheels into place with minimal effort. Manual locking system provides fast and easy wheel clamping for assemblies from 12" to 34".
Individually-Operated Power Rollers
Roller disc bead loosening system provides easy bead loosening and mounting assistance. Also demounts lower bead without a tire tool, reducing labor and potential for rim damage.
Integrated Wheel Lift
Built-in wheel lift carries heavy assemblies up to the work surface, reducing both damage risk to expensive wheels and back strain for technicians handling large tire and wheel assemblies.
Tilt-Back Design
Leverless tilt-back mount and demount mechanism provides enhanced access and visibility during tire service. Ideal for changing difficult, expensive, or delicate wheels with precision and control.
