CoatsWheel balancers for fleet shops

What do you service?

Select every wheel that comes through the shop. Mixed fleets are normal, and if one balancer cannot cover everything we will say so.

Your bay and your techs

Optional. Leave any of these alone and we assume no preference.

Data entry and guidance

Every current Coats balancer reads distance and diameter for you. 3D models also read width and put a laser line where the weight goes.

Wheel handling

The 6450 ships with the 575 wheel lift. The 1300, 1500, 1600 and E900 take the Coats 525 lift. The compact 885, 1185, RC 450 and RC 550 do not take one.

Volume

High-volume bays want laser guidance, auto indexing and the shortest cycle times. Occasional balancing does fine on the compact machines.
